In accordance with federal and state anti-discriminatory laws ABF Academy will not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, disability, or marital status against a student in its school admission process. Students who are identified as needing ESE or ELL programs shall have an equal opportunity of being selected for enrollment in the school. Any eligible student, as described in Fl. Statute 1002.33(10), who submits an application shall be considered unless the number of applications exceeds the capacity of the program, class, grade level, or building. In such a case, all applicants shall have an equal chance of being admitted through a lottery process.
